Ordering your naturally raised beef from Wallace Homestead Farm is an easy
and exciting process.  Wallace Homestead Farm offers you a great savings over
retail for all natural grass fed beef and a healthy choice for you and your family to
enjoy.  You are assured that you are getting a source verified, healthy, naturally
and humanely raised grass fed animal.

You may reserve your animal or place your order anytime year round. We
suggest that you order early for fall and winter deliveries.

You may order a whole, half or a quarter share of an animal that will be custom
cut at our dedicated USDA Certified Beef processing plant according to your own
specifications.

Families, friends, and neighbors are encouraged to place an order together for a
whole or half beef and split the order after processing.

Our price is based on the final processed weight to insure you the highest yield
for your investment and includes standard or custom finish cutting and wrapping.
You are purchasing the finished product, cut, wrapped and table ready.

                                     Whole Beef Share: $3.75/lb
                         
            Half Beef Share: $3.85/lb
                         
            Quarter Beef Share: $3.95/lb

Custom orders for patties, sausage, and jerky are extra.
                     

                               
            Deposits Required

We require a non-refundable deposit because your beef will be reserved and
processed for you. All prices quoted are for final processed weights and include
standard or custom cutting and vacuum sealed wrapping for lasting freshness.
You pay only for the finished product and there is no guess work. Your payment
of the balance is required before pick up or delivery.

          Quarter Beef Share Deposit: $100.00


Once your beef is ready to be processed we will contact you for your processing
specifications for exactly what type of cuts, serving sizes, and amounts you want.

Your beef order will be ready to pick up frozen usually within two weeks of
placing your custom processing order.

                              
                             
         PICK UP AND DELIVERY

You may pick up your beef order at our farm or delivery may be arranged
anywhere within the US through UPS and Fed Ex. Due to the high cost of delivery
for larger orders by commercial carriers, we encourage you to come to our farm
and enjoy the day, stock up for a while and come back in a couple of months.

*To make the process of ordering you beef easier and more economical, we are
offering free delivery on all whole, half and quarter beef share purchases for the
first 100 miles from Wallace Homestead Farm then $1.00 per mile thereafter up
to 175 miles.

                                        YOUR BEEF SHARE YIELD

When you purchase a whole beef or beef share from Wallace Homestead Farm
you are purchasing the finished processed table ready product from your beef.

Our beef are processed at 1,000 lbs +/- and will yield the following averages:

                              
        Whole Beef Share Yield
                              390 - 535 lbs +/- Table Ready Beef

                              
        Half Beef Share Yield
                             190 - 260 lbs +/- Table Ready Beef

                           
        Quarter Beef Share Yield
                              90 - 130 lbs +/- Table Ready Beef

Once your beef has been processed we will contact you with the exact finished
weight of your beef for payment of balance and pick up or delivery.

A whole beef requires approximately 16 cubic feet of freezer space for storage
(2'x4'x2'). A whole beef will produce all beef cuts: steaks, roasts, ground beef,
ribs, soup bones & stew meat and beef generally keeps well more than one year
frozen in our vacuum sealed wrapping.

Our dedicated USDA processor is Bryan's Meat Cutting of Milan, PA.
Bryan's Meat Cutting is a  family owned and operated business that we
are proud to use for all or meat processing needs. We chose Bryan's
Meat Cutting because our animals are always humanely handled, their
facilities are clean and modern, our beef is dry aged and expertly cut
to order, our orders are cut separately from others, we always get our
own meat back, and their service is second to none.
